Therapeutic sounds have been used for thousands of years as a non-invasive way to trigger the relaxation response in the body to alleviate symptoms of chronic stress, to gently release suppressed emotions associated with trauma from the past and to completely harmonise and balance the human bio-field (aura) and chakras (energy wheels). Being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2015 led Mirella down a wellness path where she was introduced to the wonderful world of Sound Healing; healing the body using audible sound. Drawing on her background in singing, Mirella uses her voice as well as a combination of sacred sound instruments to create a nourishing sound healing experience.
