Breathe & Dip

Your guide Jo creates a grounded, welcoming space for you to pause, breathe and connect through the invigorating practice of breathwork and cold-water immersion. Throughout a Breathe & Dip session, you will experience intentional breathwork combined with a supported cold-water experience. Together, these practices invite you to meet challenge with presence, connect with your body and discover what becomes possible when you soften resistance and stay with the moment. Anchored in curiosity, connection and a little bit of courage, each session offers space to step away from the noise of everyday life and tune into your breath, your body and your inner strength. Whether you’re new to cold-water dipping or looking to deepen your practice, you’ll be guided with warmth, care and no pressure to prove anything. Come and enjoy deep breaths, salty air and space to reconnect.
