Full description from organizerShow less
These workshops are designed for families, carers, supporters and kin of people challenged by mental health and/or alcohol and other drug use. Our Ivanhoe hub invites you to join us and other families/carers for a morning tea on a Thursday of each month from 10.30am-12.30pm. Swing by if you're free and connect with others in the community over a cuppa and muffin. A simple RSVP required! See you there! "Connect, Conversations & Cuppa" One of our lovely peer workers, Belinda, will be providing wellbeing activity for carers. A great opportunity to relax with some self-care practices. RSVP for this group will be open toward end of 2026. Please stay tuned! Any questions, please contact: Phone: 8850 4136 Email: [email protected]
