Sisterhood of the Rose

🌹 Connect with the Rose Join us for a gentle and meditative journey into the world of the rose, guided by a holistic herbalist. Through sensory exploration, meditation, reflection and the wisdom of herbalism, we will learn how to relate to the rose not only as a beautiful plant, but as a teacher and symbol of qualities we can cultivate within ourselves love, softness, beauty, resilience, self-worth and the ability to open while still honouring our boundaries. The rose invites us to slow down, reconnect with our senses and explore how we can nurture these qualities in our own lives. This workshop is an invitation to deepen your relationship with yourself, restore your connection with self-love, self-esteem and self-value, and discover the rose as a companion on this inner journey. 🌹 Learn about the rose 🌹 Connect with its qualities through meditation and sensory practices 🌹 Explore how to embody these qualities in yourself 🌹 Nurture self-love, self-worth and inner connection Come as you are and allow the rose to guide you back to yourself.
