Craft and Chat Whether it's rediscovering your childhood creativity, meeting like minded people, or learning something new, our upcoming craft and chat social has it all! Snacks and materials provided! Just bring yourself! For just $5 -- used to cover materials and food, we will be running a hands-on watercolour art workshop that involves learning all sorts of fundamentals skills and ideas that allow you to express yourself visually. Why watercolours? It is a versatile, accessible, mess-free and relatively environmentally friendly medium that forces you to embrace mistakes and move loosely. It can be quite meditative or chaotic depending on how you choose to wield your brush. If that's not your thing, we will also have a social table for doodling, crafts and chats. NO skill, talent or passion required, our aim is to bring back creativity and connection, that is so often lost in adult life when it's overcome with pressure, social isolation and monotonous work/study.
