Welcome to Creating Peace A Sacred Circle Connecting to our hearts & spirit through Art Dance and Sound Bathing You will be gently guided by Tiffany Sassafrass who has over 30 years experience in the creative and healing arts. Visual artist, arts educator, certified acutonics practitioner, sound healer, gentle dance creator, Kundalini Dance teacher, shamanic healer, Intuitive, astrologer, tarot reader, psychic medium, light worker, teacher, creator, mother & grandmother, wise woman. Sacred Circle - happenings Moving gently into our sacred circle - co-creating our wishes Connecting to our hearts & spirit Dancing - slowly & gently warming up and tuning into our bodies - dancing our bodies awake! moving into our own free flowing dance and connecting to our unique rhythms. Morning Tea Drawing - Intuitive & experimental drawing, mark making & writing - creating from a space of peace and love Lunch Sharing our art and reflecting together in Sacred Circle Sound Healing - Time to get comfy and be immersed in a sound bathing journey. Experiencing the vibrational sounds of alchemy singing bowls, planetary gongs, chimes, tuning forks, drums, chanting and sacred shamanic instruments. You will be transported into a state of rest, relaxation and bliss ! As we gently re awaken from deep rest, we can take time to enjoy moving slowly and reflect in circle together.
