Through centring stories and voices of East and Southeast Asian communities, HoR has successfully engaged a diverse audience of what it feels to be almost everyone? While the general population are leaving the house less and less due to the cost of living crisis, putting Victoria at risk of becoming an artless state, HoR and CLUBHAUS remain a cultural powerhouse. For the first time ever, HoR will open up about their process and experience with the arts and music industry. They’ll give insights on the challenges they face, and how they use their imagination and creativity to foster inclusive, accessible party spaces that allow the arts to exist outside colonial frameworks. Expect a highly nuanced read on what the future holds for diversity in the arts and learn what it really means to empower and innovate, with cultrually-coded practice and law.
