Call 03 9066 1500 Mon-Fri 9.30-4.30 At the Connect Centre we offer support to you; the family, carers, supporters, and kin of people with mental health and/or substance use challenges. Bookings are not required, but if you have dietary or other requirements please ring on the Monday to let us know. T: 9066 1500 Free parking available onsite (at rear of building off Rodd Street).
