An excellent non-weight bearing cardio workout in the pool with increased resistance, perfect for rehab injuries and runners. Date: Thursday 29 October 2026 Location: Maribyrnong Aquatic Centre (1 Aquatic Drive, Maribyrnong) Time: 7.30pm - 8.30pm Audience: Women What to bring: Bathers, towel, spare clothes Participant Disclaimer/ terms and conditions Active Maribyrnong programs are provided free of charge to encourage the community to be active and participate in health and wellbeing activities. Participants acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring they are fit and able to participate safely.
