Efficient home heating and cooling

An informative session on the most efficient ways to heat and cool your home. Learn about reverse-cycle heating and cooling systems, hear why they are more efficient than other choices, and explore the pros and cons of individual, multi-head and ducted reverse-cycle units. We'll also discuss the factors to consider when choosing a reverse-cycle system for your home, and touch on other heating and cooling choices such as ceiling fans, evaporative coolers, and how upgrades to your building-shell can impact your comfort and reduce energy needs. Whether you’re upgrading your current system or simply looking to optimise what you have, this session will give you the knowledge to stay comfortable year-round, without wasting energy or money. Who is it for? This session is ideal for homeowners, landlords and business owners who are interested in creating a more comfortable, energy-efficient home or building. Additional info • This is an adult-focused session not suited to young children. • We are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible event environment for all attendees.
