Week 3: Floor Flo (Thursday 17th September 7pm - 8pm) Take your Hip Flo journey to the floor. This beginner-friendly class teaches smooth transitions, floor movement, sensual flow, and foundational floor whining and twerk techniques to help you move with confidence and ease
