Details: Yoga flow & flower arranging Date: Sunday 20th September Time: 4.30pm - 6pm Location: South Beach Reserve, St Kilda Beach Investment: $40 Spring, the season of quiet growth. As the days get brighter, the sunshine warmer and nature more vibrant. We start to feel that shift within. Before we rush ahead, it’s important to recognise that change does not need to be dramatic. You are in no rush to bloom. This afternoon will be an opportunity to connect with your body & let your creativity flow, all while watching the sun go down. We will begin with a yoga flow, guided meditation followed by savasana to the sound of the waves. Afterwards let yourself get creative arranging your own set of flowers to take home. As always there will be wholesome chats, opportunities for connection and some tea to enjoy as you take this time to surround yourself in the beauty of Spring. Feel free to bring your journal for some optional journaling. If you have any questions please reach out.
