Forest Therapy

Escape the rush of daily life and discover the healing power of nature this summer. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku (forest immersion), this gentle, sensory-based experience is designed to reduce stress and restore your physical and mental wellbeing, Led by a professional guide, you will be invited to slow down, quiet your mind and intentionally awaken your senses. Take a break from the busyness of the year, breathe deeply and enjoy the sights, sounds, textures and scents of the forest in summer. Whether you are looking to reduce stress, boost your mood, improve clarity, or simply create a moment of calm before the year comes to an end, this session offers a simple yet powerful pathway to pause, recharge and reconnect with yourself and nature. No fitness level is required—just an open mind and a desire to connect with the natural world.
