By popular demand, we're bringing you Naarm's first ever full day hula hoop intensive this decade! How has it taken this long?! It's been in the works for a while and a day like this obviously doesn't come along often so giddy up girlfriend and get your ticket. Brought to you by Hoops Thighs & Buttocks and featuring our fabulous Naarm instructors Soozyloops and Katy KaPow, plus boss queen Jane Fondle zooming in from interstate. What you'll learn: • single hoop tricks • multi hoop tricks • snazzy hoop sequences • how to link your favourite tricks together and find your flow Plus a guided hoop jam where you'll get one-on-one help from our 3 instructors on tricks you need help with, whether you learnt the tricks in our workshops or you've been trying to nail them for a while. Who is this for? • beginner hoopers who have only picked up a hoop recently • intermediate hoopers who've been hooping for years and are ready to level up • experienced hoopers who know it all but want more, more, more! What else is included? • A fun warm-up to prep your bod for the day and a soulful cool down to prevent sore muscles the next day • A delicious, healthy lunch with GF, Veg, Vegan and DF options. • Tea, coffee and bickies • Connection and hang time with your Naarm hoop tribe - old friends and new • Good vibes, laughter and absolute joy!
