Full Moon Sound Healing

INTO THE FULLNESS A Full Moon Energy Sound Healing Ceremony Sunday, 22 November 2026 As we approach the November Full Moon, the Moon is growing brighter, inviting us to reflect on what has been unfolding in our lives. In many traditions, the Full Moon is a time of illumination, heightened awareness and release. It symbolises a moment when we may begin to see things more clearly, including emotions, patterns or experiences that have been sitting beneath the surface. Life moves quickly, and we don't always give ourselves enough space to recognise what we are feeling or what our bodies may be trying to tell us. This Full Moon ceremony is an invitation to slow down, turn your attention inward and reconnect with yourself. Through the resonant vibrations of singing bowls, intuitive voice, shamanic drum and sacred instruments, we will journey into a space of deep rest, reflection and self-awareness. We will begin with a simple Full Moon intention and reflection ritual, followed by an immersive sound healing meditation. During this journey, you are welcome to reflect on what you have been carrying, acknowledge what is ready for your attention and explore what you may wish to release. There is nothing you need to achieve or change. You are invited to experience the ceremony in your own way. What you may experience • Deep relaxation and a chance to unwind • Space for emotional reflection and self-awareness • An opportunity to acknowledge and release what no longer feels supportive • A greater sense of connection with your body and inner world • A moment of stillness, clarity and renewal Under the growing light of the Moon, we gather to honour where we are, what we have experienced and the fullness of who we are becoming. Come as you are. With warmth, Fan Healing Aurora Alchemist
