Full Moon Sound Meditation

Duration: 1.5 hours Please note: We tend to use more Palo Santo during our Full and New Moon Sound Meditations so if you have sensitivities to smoke, this event may not be suitable for you. This Sound Meditation is hosted on a Full Moon where together we harness it's magnified power, making it easier for us to enter deeper and prolonged states of meditation. The Full Moon's energy is about letting go. Mirosuna’s Sound Meditation is a deep relaxation experience for those who are stressed or need unwinding and recharging. They are highly effective for you if you struggle to get out of your head and get some restful sleep. Walk into an ambient room that will immediately help you become present in the space, then let us take you through a deep meditation and relaxation session that will have you drifting into deep trance. During your experience you will receive: • a guided meditation experience • a sound bath in the live tunes of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls • aromatherapy All levels of experience welcomed. Please let us know in advanced if you are pregnant so we can provide additional props and modify your any necessary techniques used if any.
