Do Nothing This headspace Day In a world filled with constant notifications, endless scrolling, packed schedules, and never-ending to-do lists, it's never been harder to simply pause, switch off, and just be. This National headspace Day, we're creating space to practise doing exactly that. 📅 When: Wednesday 14 October, 4:30pm - 6:30pm 📍 Where: headspace South Melbourne, 329 Dorcas Street, South Melbourne VIC 3205 👥 Who: Young people aged 16-25 years. Friends, family members, and supporters are also welcome! In honour of National headspace Day, the headspace South Melbourne Youth Advisory Group is excited to host our first FREE community event ✨ Come along for an evening of connection, reflection, and simply slowing down. Enjoy free food, self-guided activities designed to help you switch off, three rounds of trivia, and opportunities to meet new people and connect with your local community. Activity stations • Beads and Charms • Badge making • Mindful colouring • Sensory play The main event will include a social connection through trivia. You are welcome to register solo (we will place you into a team) OR register as a team (Max. 5 members).
