Birth can and should be, a positive experience – one that you will always want to remember. This program is designed for both natural and caesarean birth, promoting POSITIVE birth and being prepared for whatever turns your birth may or may not take. You prepare both your body and mind leading up to birth – so by the time birth comes around, you go into ‘automatic’ mode and less likely to go into that ‘fight or flight response". You will have your birth partner also understanding what they do, and say. Each day is 6 hours long and the 2 days includes: • Breathing Techniques • Light Touch Massage • Acupressure • Vocalisation • Self-hypnosis • Visualisation • Movement • Deep Relaxation Techniques You will need to attend both sessions on the dates listed on your ticket. The cost is $495, which includes the birthing woman and her partner. We recommend you look and book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
