Whether you're preparing for your first event or chasing a new PB, join The Running Room and PUMA for an evening focused on helping you train smarter, fuel better and get race-day ready. We'll break down the physical demands of HYROX, covering running efficiency, strength and conditioning, injury prevention and how to manage your training load when combining running with functional fitness. Our physiotherapists, Hayden Farrelly Whiley and Caroline Keogh, will share practical, evidence-based advice to help you optimise your preparation. We'll also share nutrition recommendations from The Running Room's, Samantha Mare, covering fuelling, hydration and strategies to support your training and race-day performance. We'll be joined by Mollie Fkiaras and Afeafe Lokotui, who will share their insights into HYROX race-day strategy, preparation and performance. PUMA will be bringing their Deviate and Deviate Elite HYROX footwear for a wear test, giving attendees the opportunity to try the shoes and learn more about footwear selection for hybrid racing.
