InterPlay Comes to the Southside!

Surprise! InterPlay comes to the Southside! 🌿 We usually gather once a month, but before the year wraps up, I thought, why not sprinkle in a few extra chances to play together? This time, we’re heading to a new location in East Malvern. So, it’s time to let our Southside friends know - they can’t use the distance as an excuse this time, hehe! InterPlay invites us to tap into creativity and self-expression through simple, playful forms of movement, voice, and storytelling. Using incremental steps, it helps us become more at home in our own bodies while connecting with others in an open, supportive space. Whether you’re a regular at our monthly workshops or thinking of trying InterPlay for the first time, you’re warmly welcome! A little more about InterPlay... InterPlay is a powerful body-wisdom practice that deepens: your awareness of yourself from within your awareness of yourself in relation to others your awareness of yourself as part of the bigger picture—the natural world, the collective. When we meet others from this place of presence and authenticity, we experience real connection, joy, and a deep sense of belonging. At the heart of this practice is choice - listening to your inner authority. InterPlay invites you to engage in a way that feels right for you—there’s no need to push, perform, or get it ‘right.’ This freedom creates an atmosphere of ease and playfulness, allowing us to be "ourselves". Please note that this session will be running in addition to our usual monthly sessions at Green Monday Studios, which you can book via this link. with curiosity, Pemra
