Introduction to Meditation & Breathwork (Term 4, 2026)

Take a gentle step into stillness with this introductory course designed to help you cultivate calm, clarity, and balance in your everyday life. Perfect for beginners, these sessions explore simple meditation techniques and guided breathwork practices that are easy to integrate into your daily routine. Held after our Inclusive Yoga class, this session allows for a smooth transition from movement into mindfulness, with a short tea break in between to relax and reset. You’ll learn how to use your breath as a powerful tool to reduce stress, improve focus, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive and welcoming environment.
