Each LLC session gives you the freedom to train in a way that works for you. You can join in with a structured group strength workout, with exercises that can be adapted to suit different fitness levels and experience, or you're completely welcome to do your own workout and train independently alongside the group. There’s no pressure to follow the group session — LLC is about creating a space where everyone can train, connect and feel comfortable in the gym in their own way. 🎒 WHAT TO BRING: training clothes, enclosed shoes, a towel and water bottle.
