Low Flow Heels Choreography 2 Week Class

This is a 2 week course, consisting of 2x 1.5 hour classes. Which means you must attend both sessions; Wednesday the 2nd and 9th of December 6-7:30pm. This booking link includes both dates. Over these 2 weeks we will progressively build on a low flow heels choreography, with time in between to practice, soak in the choreography and come back the second week refreshed, ready to refine and build on the previous week. We will dive into heels technique, low flow transitions including edgework and a focus on musicality. These two classes will be lead with intention and all of the detail. We will start both classes with a full body warm up, appropriate conditioning and learning the choreography, with time at the end to dance with the music. This 2 week progressive class is designed for intermediate level and above students, You should already have experience with edgework and be confident dancing in heels. This is not appropriate to beginner heels dancers. What to bring: - heels, either boots or sandals - Knee Pads - Water bottle - A cute outfit I am looking forward to dancing with you!
