Beginners are welcome. No previous meditation or sound bath experience necessary! Session Times: • 2:00pm – 2:50pm Saturday 3 October • 2:00pm – 2:50pm Saturday 10 October • 2:00pm – 2:50pm Saturday 17 October WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK: • This event is exclusive to MECCA Bourke Street. • Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets will be provided. We recommend bringing your own eye mask. • By proceeding with your booking, I acknowledge and confirm that: I do not have a condition that would make participation inadvisable. If I do, I have consulted my healthcare provider before attending.
