Mums and Bubs (Maribyrnong Girls Can Week 2026)

Post-natal fitness including functional training in a circuit style - pelvic floor included. This session is designed for mums and bubs up to 18 months welcome and encouraged. Date: Tuesday 27 October 2026 Location: Maribyrnong Aquatic Centre (1 Aquatic Drive, Maribyrnong) Time: 12.30pm - 1.30pm Audience: Women and bubs What to bring: Activewear, towel and water bottle Participant Disclaimer/ terms and conditions Active Maribyrnong programs are provided free of charge to encourage the community to be active and participate in health and wellbeing activities. Participants acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring they are fit and able to participate safely. To the extent permitted by law, participants agree to release and indemnify the City of Maribyrnong and the program facilitator from any loss, damage, injury or claim arising from their participation in the program, except where caused by the negligence or unlawful conduct of Council or the facilitator.
