Narrm One Day Choir - October 17th

Ever wanted to sing in a room full of people, where the focus is on connection, not perfection? The Narrm One Day Choir gathers people together for an extended community choir session to learn one song and sing it together in a beautiful studio space! Rachael and Elly, co-facilitators, are both Registered Music Therapists and musicians who believe that everyone can sing and that singing together is transformative. Community choirs create opportunities for people to: • Connect with our bodies • Release tension • Boost our mood • Regulate and co-regulate our nervous systems • Strengthen our connection to people in our community • Build confidence in our voices and musical identities On the day, there will be people of all vocal levels coming together to learn a part, sing together in harmony, and hear the rich, resonant sound of singing together.
