Office Hours Mentoring

Weekly office hours is a small group, usually between 3 -5 people. (wednesdays 10am in Collingwood). The intention is that this session is a safe space. Feel free to share whatever you like: challenges, areas you’d like to improve in, etc. Anything we discuss is confidential and shouldn’t be shared outside the session unless permission is granted. (Chattam House rules). Photos/general LinkedIn recaps are fine (as long as everyone is cool with their pic being taken), but please omit any sensitive details, e.g., when someone shares something personal or names / IP, etc. It’s helpful to come prepared with a topic/a few questions, but open-ended discussions are fine too. To read more on what I can help with, please see this post.
