About this event
Led by Nic Germano of the Sunbury Pottery Society, this workshop teaches kids aged 8-12 how to pinch and shape their own pottery creations. Participants splash on custom colors and patterns to make unique tiles and trivets while experimenting with ceramic paints.

Pinch, paint and play with clay. This workshop is a great first dive for kids into the world of pottery. Pinch, shape and mould your own pottery creations, including a pinch pot and a custom-designed tile trivet. Splash on colour and patterns to make them truly one of a kind. Experiment with shapes, patterns and ceramic paints as you bring your ideas to life. Led by Nic Germano, Sunbury Pottery Society. This activity is for participants aged 8-12 yrs . Duration : 90 min. All materials provided. Note: Participants will be contacted approx 3 weeks after session, to collect their finished (fired) pottery pieces. Collection is from Artrise office in Building 5. Weds to Sat, 10 am - 3 pm.
