Rainbow Leaders' Summit 2026

100 rainbow leaders. One room. One day to think bigger, together. A participatory gathering for leaders and changemakers across Australia. Across the country, rainbow leaders are doing the work in parallel, rarely in the same room. For one day, the Summit changes that. You'll sit with 100 leaders, changemakers and allies from across Australia's rainbow communities to test ideas, build alliances and shape where the sector goes next. Why come • 100 rainbow leaders in one place is rare. Most of us lead in isolation. This is a day with people who get the work. • Real connections. You leave with relationships and alliances, not a lanyard and a stack of business cards. • A say in the direction. The room sets the questions and shapes a shared agenda. You're not an audience. • Time to think. A full day out of the inbox, working on the big questions with peers instead of on them alone. Who it's for Leaders, changemakers and allies in rainbow communities ready to question old assumptions and build something collective. 100 seats, chosen for a real spread of identities, organisations, regions and lived experience. Format Not a conference. No panels, no keynotes, no sitting in rows. A guided, participatory day where the value comes from what the room creates.
