Red Light Pilates with Fluidform

Begin the morning with an energising sense of intention, where movement, red-light and atmosphere come together to awaken the body. In collaboration with Fluidform Pilates, this one-hour session is centred on confidence, guiding guests through a dynamic practice designed to build strength, stability and self-assurance. Held in a red-light room, the experience pairs purposeful movement with a restorative setting, before continuing with Qure red light masks post-session. To close, guests are invited to unwind with a magnesium hot chocolate by Imbibe. A considered start to the day that leaves you feeling stronger, more grounded and ready to move forward with clarity.
