Join us for an enlightening evening of mindfulness, yoga wisdom and kirtan meditation (group meditation using music and mantra). The evening offers a unique blend of spiritual insights and practical techniques for seekers at all levels. What to Expect? Kirtan Meditation: Experience the power of yoga sounds and music in this guided meditation session. Mindfulness: Practice techniques for achieving inner calm and tranquility Spiritual Insights: A short thought-provoking talk about Yoga wisdom for life by Jagad Guru. Delicious vegetarian dinner. Everyone is welcome, from absolute beginners to advanced practitioners of yoga and meditation. Bring a friend!
