Segmento Tarantella Festival - @ Open Factory

Celebrate the official opening of the Segmento Tarantella Festival 2026 at Open Factory with an evening of Southern Italian culture, music, food and dance. This special opening event brings together the spirit of the tarantella in a warm and festive atmosphere, with a program designed for families, friends and anyone who loves Italian culture. Your ticket includes a dinner buffet, soft drinks, live music performances and traditional tarantella dancing, creating a complete cultural experience where audiences can enjoy, listen, participate and celebrate together. What makes the evening special is its focus on living tradition. The tarantella is not presented simply as a performance, but as something to be shared across generations through rhythm, movement, storytelling and community. Children under 12 enter free and will receive a complimentary tambourine, encouraging them to join the music and experience the joy of the festival firsthand. Whether you have grown up with the tarantella or are discovering it for the first time, this opening night is an invitation to come together, enjoy great food and music, and be part of a vibrant celebration of heritage and contemporary Italian-Australian identity.
