Join us at Brentwood Park Neighbourhood House these school holidays for our FREE Women & Kids Self Defence sessions, led by Affinity Muay Thai. These fun and practical sessions are designed to help women and kids build confidence and learn useful self defence skills in a safe and supportive environment. Women of all ages are welcome to attend on their own or bring their children along to take part too. No previous experience or fitness level is required. 🥊 Learn practical self defence techniques 🥊 Build confidence and awareness 🥊 Learn to trust your instincts 🥊 Meet other local women and families 🥊 Have fun while learning valuable skills Session dates: Wednesday 23 September at 5pm Wednesday 30 September at 5pm Location: Brentwood Park Neighbourhood House Cost: FREE Spaces are limited, so bookings are essential. Come along, learn something new and leave with practical skills you can use in everyday life.
