We’ll be using a homemade Danish rye bread, the traditional foundation of smørrebrød, as well as a lighter bread option for those who prefer something less dense. Whether you’ve tried smørrebrød in Denmark or are completely new to it, this class is a delicious introduction to one of Denmark’s most beloved food traditions. What will we cover?
