Sound Bath & Aries Full Moon Ceremony (September)

You are invited to an intimate women's gathering to honour yourself and the Full Moon in Aries with sound, ceremony and ritual. ARC Pilates, Preston, 27 September 2026. The Full Moon marks a moment of culmination and release, when what's been building comes to a head and asks to be seen, felt and let go. With the Moon in Aries, we are called to feel our courage, power and the raw truth of what we want. Aries energy is fire: bold, instinctive and unapologetically alive, asking you to step forward instead of shrinking back, and to trust the fire and light from within. So if you've felt like you've dimmed your light or are ready to step into a new form of power and confidence, this is the moment to connect in. This Full Moon invites you to reflect on where you've been holding back to keep the peace, where anger or frustration has been asked to stay quiet, and where it's time to choose yourself first for a change. It's time to stop holding back an unleash your brightest self! Through sound, ritual and reflection, you'll be supported to release what's been suppressed, reconnect with your own strength, and step into the season ahead with more courage, light and less apology. What awaits you: This women's gathering is a nurturing space to slow down, reflect and reconnect with yourself through the energy of the Full Moon in Aries and powerful frequencies. You'll be guided through: • Grounding cacao ceremony • Oracle and manifestation cards • Full Moon releasing ritual • Journaling and self-reflection prompts • A deeply restorative sound bath • Nibbles and time to connect in community During the sound bath, you'll be immersed in the healing vibrations of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, drum, chimes, voice and other resonant sounds designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release and deep inner connection. No experience is needed. You are welcome exactly as you are. WHAT TO BRING: (mats, blankets and bolsters supplied) • 1 x pillow • Sleep mask for a deeper sound journey • Journal and pen • Water bottle • Wear warm, comfy clothes • Open heart and mind You will be lying down for 60+ minutes - the comfier the setup, the better (you won't regret it) Please arrive 5 minutes early. No previous experience with sound healing or sound baths is needed.
