Sound Healing in the Como House Ballroom - Spring - Four Seasons Series

Float into relaxation, immersed in soothing sounds of spring in an intimate group within the elegant ballroom of Como House at dusk The new moon in Scorpio invites us to pause, reflect and plant the seeds of things we wish to grow. Combining the energy of the new moon with the season of spring and we are gently reminded that new beginnings are always possible. As part of my Four Seasons events, you are invited to celebrate the season with an intimate group in a nourishing and restorative evening of sound and stillness within the Como House ballroom. As the birds settle and the sun sets, you'll take a short walk up the driveway to the Mansion with your yoga mat, pillow and blanket. You’ll arrive in the ballroom and choose a spring essential oil to wear throughout your session adding another sensory element to the experience. You lie down, snuggled under a blanket, close your eyes and are immersed in soothing resonant sounds of the quartz bowls, gongs, singing bowls and more. Expect smooth, grounding tones that help you feel rooted, supported, and calm with uplifting, energising tones guiding you into a dreamlike state where your mind, body & spirit are aligned. This event offers you time to slow down, attune to the natural world, and reconnect with your inner rhythm. A group of 20 guests per session will experience the peacefulness of this iconic property after dark. Please note: To maintain a peaceful environment for all attendees, snoring during the session is not permitted. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow and eye pillow. If you would like to purchase one of my eye masks, please just send me a message.
