Build confidence, discipline, fitness and self-defence skills through the exciting practice of Kyokushin Karate. Australian Kyokushin Karate Werribee Dojo provides a welcoming and inclusive environment where children and young people can learn fundamental martial arts techniques, improve coordination, develop respect for others, and strengthen their physical and mental wellbeing. Sessions are delivered by experienced instructors and include basic karate movements, fitness activities, partner drills and fun skill-building exercises suitable for beginners and all ability levels.. This session is a partnership with Hoppers Crossing Karate school. The Active Wyndham Calendar aims to help more Wyndham residents to find physical activities that they enjoy.
