Standing Back Tuck & Forward Salto Tumbling Workshop (7-17yrs)

Thursday 24th September 2026: 10:00am-12:00pm Join us at the State Gymnastics Centre in Windsor for a high-energy, skill-focused 2-hour Standing Back Tuck & Forward SaltoTumbling Spring School Holiday Workshop designed for students who would like to learn how to perform a Standing Back Tuck and Forward Salto. Advanced Tumbling Students. In this workshop, students will focus on safe progressions for both a Backward and forward salto on the Trampoline and Gymnastics Floor. Participants attending this session must be between the ages of 7-17 years only. Important Information • Ages 7-17yrs only • Ability Level: Students must be able to Handstand, Cartwheel, Forward & Backward roll unaided. We also recommend that students have prior or current Gymnastics, Cheerleading or Dance experience. Please note that this workshop is not suitable for beginners who have no prior experience in the above sports or who cannot safely perform a handstand and cartwheel. • Shoes and trainers must be removed before participating. • A participant registration form must be completed prior to attending — this is required before you can participate. A form will be emailed to you in the days prior to the workshop. • Advance bookings only. Spaces are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment.
