Stone Lithography Course

This course explores the basics of stone lithography, giving creatives an opportunity to draw and make marks on lithographic stones using a variety of crayons, pencils and lithographic tusche washes. You will learn how to prepare and grain a lithographic stone, process the drawing, and prepare paper. You will gain an understanding of the intricate process of making a stone lithograph and develop the skills to print your own original prints on our manual and electric lithographic presses. Conditions of Enrolment Full payment must be made at time of registration. APW is not responsible for non-refundable airline or travel tickets or accommodation purchased by class participants. Parking is restricted around APW. Public transport is a convenient alternative. APW reserves the right to add, withdraw or vary the program.
