Held in a relaxed library setting, this gathering offers an easeful flow to explore Buddhist teachings, deepen your practice, and meet like-minded people. Please aim to arrive by 11:00am so you can settle in before we begin. The Flow of the Gathering • Guided Meditation (11:15am)We begin with a calming guided meditation to quiet the mind, help us ground, and develop concentration. • Interactive Sutta Study (Insight Practice)We look at specific Suttas (Buddhist texts) and share our personal experiences.
