The Space Between

A day retreat exploring intervals and spaciousness within movement, meditation and creative practice. Join Jodi and Albee for an afternoon of embodied practice, slowing down and creative exploration. The Space Between is an invitation to notice what happens in the pauses: between movement and stillness, effort and rest, sensation and thought, doing and simply being. Across the afternoon, we’ll move through embodied Pilates and somatics, process-driven creative practice , closing with yin yoga and deep rest. No experience is necessary. Come for an afternoon of movement, curiosity and spaciousness.
