STRENGTH HAVEN NOVICE POWERLIFTING DAY 💥🏋️‍♂️ Wanna try your hand in powerlifting but not quite ready to put the soft suit on and fork out $100+ on federation memeberhip? This one’s for you. Our novice meet is made for first-time competitors, newer lifters, and anyone who just wants to experience the hype of lifting on the platform in a relaxed, welcoming environment. No federation membership. No soft suit. Just squat, bench and deadlift to comp standards in your favourite gym outfit, and a chance to see what you can do. 🔥 Bonus: Top male & female lifters score a 1-year APL membership. 📅 Event Details 📍 December 6th (Sunday) 🚪 8:30 AM – Arrivals & attempt cards 🏋️ 10:00 AM – Lifting starts 🏆 Approx finish: 3:30 PM Weigh-ins 📌 Saturay (Dec 5th): 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM 📌 Sunday (Dec 6th): 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM 📍 Location The Strength Haven 6 / 1445 South Gippsland Hwy Cranbourne VIC 3977 🎟 Spots Are Limited Only 45 lifter slots.
