Bring your props: booty band, yoga block, sliders and kneepads. 12:00 PM — Twerk Choreography (1 hour) Put those skills into action! Learn a new routine, explore different movement styles, work on musicality and performance, and have fun bringing the moves to life. Expect sweat, sass and plenty of booty-shaking moments. Bring your kneepads! ✨ Join one class or make a whole Saturday of it with both sessions! Four Saturdays. One final term. Countless opportunities to SHAKE IT! 🍑 💥 WHO IS THIS FOR? EVERYONE! Whether you're a returning Shake It regular, have joined us for a single class and want MORE, or are a curious beginner ready to explore twerk, you're welcome here.
