Dates: 27th & 28th September 2026 Time: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM Location: Level 3/28 Elizabeth St, Melbourne VIC 3000 Dive into the world of coffee with our comprehensive Barista Course! Over two days, you'll master espresso preparation, milk texturing, latte art, and safe food handling practices. To receive your nationally recognized Statements of Attainment for SITHFAB025 (Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee) and SITXFSA005 (Use Hygienic Practices for Food Safety), attendance on both days is required. Important: Complete hospitality will send each learner an email with a link to create an account on aXcelerate (our LMS) and complete an online onboarding and enrolment form. This form collects all required details, including the Unique Student Identifier (USI) for accredited training. Students will need to complete this prior to the start date of training. Students are advised to wear closed toe shoes for the duration of their time in the classrooms due to OH&S requirements. Please arrive by 8:45 AM to ensure a timely start. Latecomers will not be admitted, and tickets are non-refundable. Commit to both days and elevate your barista skills to new heights!
