Walking Basketball takes all the fun of basketball — passing, shooting, teamwork — and removes the running, jumping, and contact, so it's easy on the joints and open to all fitness levels. It's a great way to improve your coordination, cardiovascular health, and social connections, all at a pace that suits you. The game is easy to pick up, making it suitable for everyone, from complete beginners to former players easing back into the sport.
