WORK180 | 2027 International Women's Day & Equitable Workplace Awards

Join us in person to celebrate women, honor workplace champions, and build a more equitable future. Every step forward: building pathways for women from first role to leadership Women's representation is shaped at every stage of a career, from the first role to the boardroom. This International Women's Day, WORK180 is celebrating every step forward. Hear from Endorsed Employers who are building pathways from entry level through to leadership, and from the women who have travelled them. Hosted by comedian Lizzy Hoo, the program features short, practical sessions, each with a live Q&A, so you can put your questions to speakers straight from your table. Whether you're shaping policy or your own career, you'll leave with ideas you can take back to work. We'll also celebrate the winners of the 2027 Equitable Workplace Awards, recognising the employers making measurable progress on gender equity. Every step in a woman's career is shaped by many people, so this year we're broadening the room. We are inviting you to bring along early-career colleagues and leaders from tech, engineering, operations, and finance, alongside your HR, talent, and DEI teams. On the day, you'll enjoy: Networking drinks before the event A two-course lunch and drinks Short, practical sessions with live Q&A The Equitable Workplace Awards presentation Door prizes from incredible organisations Tickets close midnight 27 February 2027.
