Workshop: One Magic Square - Part 1 (Aintree)

Join us in person to explore compact gardens, growly mixed vegetables and herbs densely in just one metre square. Workshop: One Magic Square Want to grow a variety of vegetables and herbs in a small space? Join us in person for a fun and hands-on workshop to learn about "Magic Square" gardening. This concept was pioneered Lou Houbein in Australia and takes some techniques from "square foot" gardening in the US. This is PART 1 in a series of workshops exploring this. In Part 1 we will look at planting the square, and later we will have a follow up and explore taking care of the square, and finally part 3 will explore cooking with the square. Dates for Parts 2 & 3 are TBC and will be dependant on the rate of growth in the garden. Tickets are strictly limited, with morning tea provided. Concession tickets are available on request. Kids are invited to join their parents (please purchase a ticket for them too) but must be under a supervising adult's care at all times.
