Join me for 75 minutes of deep stretch and relaxation, guided by Lanie. Experience 50 minutes of soothing Yin Yoga, with floor-based stretches designed to release tension and improve flexibility, followed by 25 minutes of Yoga Nidra – a transformative meditation designed to deeply relax the mind and body. Perfect for all levels, this session will leave you feeling calm, restored, and rejuvenated. You can book a single class or commit to 5 classes held on Wednesday nights in October/November (October7th, October 14th, October 21st, October 28th and November 4th). Save money by locking in for all 5 weeks – each session will build upon the last for a deeper, more restorative experience.
