Zumba Toning (Maribyrnong Girls Can Week 2026)

Zumba Toning is a high-energy dance fitness class that combines traditional Latin-inspired Zumba moves with strength training. By using lightweight maraca-like light dumbbells, it challenges specific muscle groups especially the arms, core, and lower body while you groove to the rhythm. Date: Saturday 31 October 2026 Location: Maribyrnong Aquatic Centre (1 Aquatic Drive, Maribyrnong) Time: 1.45pm - 2.45pm Audience: Women What to bring: Towel and water bottle Participant Disclaimer/ terms and conditions Active Maribyrnong programs are provided free of charge to encourage the community to be active and participate in health and wellbeing activities.
