1/11 KICKBOX COLLECTIVE PERTH

Kickbox Collective is bringing you Perth’s female-only kickboxing class! You asked, we listened. We all know it can feel a bit daunting trying something new, especially in a male-dominated sport. So we decided to change that. This is a class designed just for you (and your bestie!) - a safe, fun space where you can feel comfortable to suck, learn, laugh, and grow with other women who won’t judge you. What you get: • A 60-minute class packed with fun, laughs, solid fundamentals, partner drills & more • The chance to meet new friends and connect with like minded women as this is a female only class. • A push to get out of your comfort zone in the best way possible. • A fun coffee catch up afterwards because good chats are part of the workout too. • All levels welcome, whether you’re a total beginner or have experience, it's about building community, not perfection. • Come a little early if you want to chat and get warm. Class starts 9:30AM SHARP. What to bring: • A water bottle • A sweat towel • Gloves (If you have your own, if you don't have them, don't worry - we do) • Your bestie! • Please also make sure you eat something before you come, wether it's breakfast or a small snack (banana & PB)! It's high heart rate and cardio based so you need that fuel and energy. Come sweat, punch it out, and find your confidence! We all start somewhere! . . . Proudly brought to you by Kickbox Collective - a female-led coaching business empowering women to unlock their potential and step outside their comfort zone. Follow us - @darcylowe @kickboxcollective
